- Detection of infiltration and humidity (supported by targeted tests)
- Mold detection (performed using visual inspection and specialized detection tools)
- Verification of main structural loads
- Detailed inspection report (includes our general recommendations as well as photos)

Expert
Starting at:
This package includes:
- All elements of the Advanced Package
- Complete structural analysis (includes load calculations and our recommendations for replacement or reinforcement of critical elements)
- Suggestions for options and alternatives in case of problems
- Consultation with a Viabois accredited contractor for developing an adapted action plan
- Detailed technical report (ready to be used for a quote or presented to a lender)
Additional Fees
Rates include the first 50 km around the head office in Beauce (311, rue du Camionneur, Saint-Isidore-de-Beauce)
A surcharge of $0.75/km applies for any additional distance beyond this radius
Payment Terms
50% of the amount is required to confirm the reservation of your mandate
Remaining 50% is payable after the inspection is completed and the report is delivered
